Dixie High School 2012 Graduation

Today I got the chance to go to another graduation to see the senior class of 2012 graduate from Dixie High School. I can't even explain to you how much I really really don't want any of these amazing people to graduate. Our school will really miss their faces walking the halls of our school and all their sarcasm. Getting to really know all of these people has made me personally excited for my senior year because of all their positive attitudes and craziness. The graduation was held at Dixie State College at Burns Arena at 2 p.m. and there was sooooo many people there. We had a lot more seniors than I thought we did. I got lots of pictures and this time I got one of them throwing their hats into the air since I failed to last night at Danielle's graduation. Oh boy it's really been a blast this year with all these amazing people.

We had our choir sing and the whole class sing the Hymn to the audience for the last time. We had 2 of our most famous students at Dixie High school sing together before the diplomas were handed out, then we had a few of the choir people come up and sing another song that ended up having a lot of different solo's that ended up turning out so amazing.
The Diplomas were then handed out with lots of tears, hugs, smiles, laughter and love. It was a cool experience. When they all threw their hats into the air everyone got up and went to find their friends and family. I for one went to find one of my really good friends Chris who graduated, and my best friend Demie went to fine her really good friend, and Mr. Dixie this year named Brenton, and we all took pictures together. It was so much funn, and I can't wait for next year.

Danielle's Graduation!!

Last night was Hurricane High School's 86Th Annual Graduation. It was held at Burns Arena at 7 p.m. and Danielle Nicole Welch was part of it. We had a big dinner party for her before we had to go. Dinner consisted of dutch oven potatoes, chicken, salad and some yummy cake that was half chocolate half white. She was soo nervous before she left and practically ran off the stage before I could get a picture of her. But I got a bunch of pictures
while she was sitting on the floor with her class.
She graduated with honors (meaning she kept a G.P.A. of a 3.8-3.89) which was noticed with silver ropes hanging around her neck. We got her lei's that she didn't end up wearing cause she's lame, one was made out of money, and the others of candy, rope and some kind of furry stuff. She didn't wear any of them. We also got her roses, some real some fake. The real ones were red roses, and the fake ones were made with real 1 dollar bills made into roses. Which I thought was pretty cool. We got lots of pictures after but got them on different cameras. :( But other than that it was so funn and it was really cool to finally see her graduate.

Mom's Birthday

Sorry its way late but here it is now. On April 25Th it was my mothers birthday. She had to work that day but we all decided to have a party for her ready when she got home. Danielle and I were put in charge of making the cake, and the decorations. So we went to the store and ended up buying my favorite kind of cake (Funfetti white cake) and butter-cream frosting. We went home and started making the cake. Danielle got this bright idea that we were gonna put food coloring in the batter so we put blue in one pan and green in the other then we took them out of the oven and put them on top of each other. We put purple food coloring in the frosting then ended up frosting the cake before it was all the way cooled down. So it kinda fell apart as you can probably see.
It was so much funn tho. A whole bunch of people showed up and laughed at us for our cake, but it turned out DELICIOUS!! We had a blast doing this party for her.
