On the 25th Day of December

Well Christmas is over, so now I'm gonna tell you about it.
On Christmas morning, the girls (Taisley & Rilee) I guess went into Rick and mom's room and woke them up, while Danielle and I were still sleeping downstairs, when Rick came in and started jumping the bed for us to get up yelling Santa's been here. So we got up and went upstairs, and we watched Taisley and Rilee open their presents. Rilee was so excited because she got a purple ipod with a little tiny camera on it. (And let me just say that she has not gotten off of it ever since she got it). Taisley got a whole bunch of stuff. Danielle and I got to go and finish our shopping the day before Christmas. We got the girls a whole bunch of crafts and stuff like that. Then we went to Brushfire Pottery and we picked up the plate that we got for mom and Rick. (SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO CUTE). When we got home we wrapped everything and went to bed. The girls wanted to go to bed at 5 p.m. so it would go by faster. Ha.

The things that I got for Christmas: Candy, $15 iTunes card, a lifeflight jacked (Cuz I really wanted one). And, and, and...the 4th generation ipod touch with a camera. (Its so awesome) Thanks uncle David!!! I didn't get much though cuz I got the ipod, and I am ok with that ha. I still have the presents at my dads, so there will be more to come.

Hurricane Wrestling Cheer

A few days ago, we went out to Hurricane to watch Danielle cheer for the wrestlers. We were sitting on bottom row, and we were watching all the wrestlers beat Snow Canyon in the match. We were all sitting there, and I calling out all of the people that I used to know. And there was quite a few.

This Picture was actually in the spectrum. (The Wrestling Cheerleaders of Hurricane)

Well after that match was over, they started another, and while we were watching the girls, and the wrestlers, I started looking around in the bleachers to see if I knew anyone else, and as I was looking, I noticed someone who looked some what familiar. I kept on looking at him and finally realized, I did know him. I figured out that I used to like him in 5th grade. We talked for a while, then went and walked around. I found out a lot about him, and stuff like that.

After a while of walking around, and looking at all the old wrestler's pictures in the cases on the walls, we went back into the gym, and watched the rest of the match.

When the match was over, we said goodbye to Danielle and the kid that I just mentioned, and we went home.

A night with Aspen and Liz!!! :)

A few weeks ago, Liz called me and asked me if i wanted to come over to her house and hang out with her and Aspen. So I asked and her mom came and got me. When I got there we went and go Aspen, and walked the rest of the way home. When we got there we went down into Liz's room and talked for a little while and shared what was going on in our personal lives and what was happening at school, and just the usual stuff that girls usually talk about. After a while we got up and went and ate some pizza then we got bored and sat out in Liz's car and listened to music and talked some more (Man girls can talk about anything I have noticed). Then I had an idea that we haven't been to Denny's in a while, and I'm in the mood for a chocolate shake. So we called Aspen's mom and she came and got us, and we went to Denny's.

Here is our past story about going to Denny's as 3 teenagers: Once apon a time there were 3 teenagers named Liz, Aspen and Kendi. When we got there, we all got a table. The waitress came and asked us what we wanted to drink. And this was our reply: We will take 1 water please. She tried to get us to order just 3 for all of us. But we said no thanks just 1. There were quite a few people there, it was about 10:30 p.m. and when she brought us our water (1) she took our order and left. When she came back, our water was gone, she gave us our shakes, left, and came back with the whole pitcher of water. So we kept of filling up our cups, we had 3 straws and one cup. So we would hurry and drink them really fast. After a while we kinda scared everyone away, and they all left and we were the only ones in the whole place. So we drank our shakes and the rest of our water, and we finally paid.

So this time when we got there, there was a different guy and he wasn't as nice, but he brought us the whole pitcher, and we all just stuck our straws in and drank the rest of the water. After that we drank our shakes. There were these 2 people sitting across from us who were probably going: oh my goodness those girls are crazy. When we were done at Denny's, Aspen's dad brought me home, we said our goodbye's and our night was over.

Kalamity Dance Benefit Concert

Danielle and I went to the Kalamity Dance Benefit concert, for the little girl with A-T Disease to raise money for her and her family. In my older post I told you that her older brother Dylan passed away this last March. These 13 dancers did an amzing job trying to raise money for her and her family. They raised over $1,300 dollars for this little girl. They did a number of dances with all age groups of their dancers. They all got so into the dances it was so amazing to see how much effort they put into this concert. Here here is 1 of their video's. (I would have put a few more on there except the computer was being to slow, sorry) Enjoy. :)

So as you can see, these dancers are some of the best dancers in St. George Utah. They are a hip hop group (If you didn't catch that already) and they are dancing for a cause.

The Hansen Family Christmas Party :)

Well since Christmas is already over, I might as well just post this now. A few weeks ago, and like every year we had the Hansen Family Christmas Party. We all picked the cousin that we have to get presents for, and when everyone showed up, all the little kids wanted to open presents right away. But the parents and grandma and grandpa wouldn't let them. So we all sat around the table and got the food eaten up, then soon cleaned up. After dinner, the little kids again yelled: Presents, presents, presents. And all the grown up's replied with the same answer. In our family, it's really not a funn party unless we watch the football games that are on t.v. at that time. I soon found out that the only reason that we couldn't open presents was because of the game. So my grandma Pat took all the little kids out and they went for a walk so the rest of the family could watch the games.
When the kids and grandma came back, the grown up's finally gave in and we got to open resents. Like every year we went in order from youngest to oldest. It started with Hayden, then went to Porter, to Ellie, Hudson, Gage Gracie, Brexton, Kendi & Hunter!
Then all the grown up's opened there's. All the little kids were sooooooooooo excited with all of there gifts, that they all wanted them open and wanted to play with them right then. After presents, grandma & grandpa wanted pictures of the grandkids, so we all went outside and took them. I for one think that we all look pretty good. (I think it would have been a lot better if Deven was there though).

After the peasents werea all opened, and played with everyone started getting ready to home. Like the past 2 days, Brexton and Gage ran outside and rode the 4-wheelers around the yard, till it was time for Gage to go home.
After a while of cleaning and saying goodbye's everyone left and that was the end of the Hansen Family Christmas Party.

Pizazz Dance 1st Performance

On December 15th at Desert Hills High School my dance team: Pizazz Dance Team, got to perform our dances that we have been learning and practicing for the whole season. And I must say that we did AMAZING. We had 5 dances all together. We started with the All-Starz (Danced to: Hush Hush). The second dance was the 6-college age (Danced to: Break your heart). Next was the 3-5 graders (Danced to Fire Burning). The K-2 graders (Danced to: If You Like It Then You Should Have Put a Ring On It). And the last dance was the combined dance with all of the dancers (Danced to: Please Don't Stop the Music).
We had a blast with this it was so funn. I can't wait for our next one. More details to come about the next one. :)

Thanksgiving 2010

Well Thanksgiving is over and this year was so funn. I kinda wish though that i was with my mom for Thanksgiving. But being with my dad was funn to. My brother Deven came down from Highland, to spend it with us.

I went over on Tuesday night, and we all stayed up and played Wii for a little while. And that's pretty much what we did for the first 2 days until Thanksgivng.

The night before, Deven and I were both told that we could not have our phones out on Thanksgiving because it was family time. But we could only use them call and talk to our other parents. But we both managed the day and found ways to txt our friends anyway. Haha...but we did have fun. Deven made a track in the backyard for the four-wheeler. Here's a video: Kathy spent 4 days cooking, making sauses, salads, meatballs, the turkey etc. It turned out amazing.
My aunt Jenny, uncle Rich, and cousin's Gage and Porter came over and while the boys were out riding the mini four-wheelers, the girls were inside finishing up all the cooking. We finally got it done, and called everyone to dinner. The kids all got sparkling grape juice and when Brexton and Gage got their's, they both said "Cool we get wine" LOL. The things kids say ha. So we got dinner all eaten up, and the boys all went back out and rode again. We had all the games going and nobody was really even watching them. Oh well. When the day was over we said our goodbyes, cleaned up, played Wii again, watched the game, and went to bed.

The next day we woke up and tried to go shopping for Black Friday.:D It didn't really work that well. So we went home and hung out, then Kathy's friends called and came over. We played Mad Gab. (One of the greatest games ever). Then my dads boss and his son came over. I was hanging out with my cousin Morgan when they came over, so we all went upstairs and watched a few movies till Morgan and I went to bed.

We woke up the next morning, took Morgan home. Then went home and a few hours later we met our friends brother's daughters. (Kodi, Danni, Aspen, and Casey) They are so funn. So we hung out and played Wii for a few hours. Got bored and made plans about what we were gonna do that night. We decided to go and toilet paper their house then run downstairs and pretend it wasn't us. Wow what a night that was. Ha. They did try to find out who it was but I don't really think they did. We spent a while on it, then we went back to my dads house and stayed up for till 1:30 A.M. they finally went home and texted me a few minutes later saying "hey its raining outiside but they already cleaned it up". Dang it. Ha. So we went to bed after a very long day.

We then woke up while Deven and I got ready to go home. When the girls came to pick him up. (because they live by Highland so they took him home). They finally came, we said our goodbyes, gave our hugs and they went home. I got the rest of my stuff together, and my dad took me home. Im so not ready for school tomorrow. But oh well. Well I hope that you enjoyed. :)

PIZAZZ Dance Team Halloween Party

Well it's that time of year again for costumes, laughs, and candy. And like every year on our dance team, we have our big Halloween party with the 6-college grade team. Every year we always do our big drill down (When everyone gets in lines of a specific number, while the leader/caller calls out the poses that they want us to do and if you even flinch when it's not the time your out). But this year we didn't have time. But we did all sit in a circle, and we passed around our papers that Christy assigned to us and we got to write something nice about that girl, while everybody else signed somebody Else's papers.

After the papers we got into a big group and took some pictures, then we played (Like every year) we played the traditional game of Ships and Sailors.
(The game when the caller calls out a position/way they want you to go, and the game has its own names and poses that they want you to go.) For example: Ships: Run right, Sailors: Run left, Captain's coming: Salute, Nemo: pull your hand to your side and flip it around (Cuz he has a lucky fin). Etc. You get the point.

We then finished off our 2 hour dance party with going over our combined dance with the K-2Nd, 3-5Th, 6-college, and the All-starz. We went over that dance a few times, and last but not least: We learned the first 2 counts of 8 for our Military dance that she will be teaching us in the next few weeks, and everyone has to audition, but not everyone will make it. But who knows, maybe everyone will. So there you have it. Pictures and all: Ladies and Gentlemen, The PIZAZZ Dance Team's Halloween Party.

Opening weekend of the Deer Hunt!!!

This weekend was a blast, we had most of the Welch clan with us. We had: Kathy, David, Scott, Tami, Braydon, Shaylee, Weston, Rick, Danielle, Me, Mom Taisley, and Weston's little friend Dylan. We went to Beaver Mountain and we camped there for 3 days. It was the opening weekend for the Deer Hunt, so we all figured oh what the heck. It was really cold and very rainy the whole weekend, but everyone had a great time. The food was great and the usual for the Welch family was of coarse dutch oven tater's. The food was pretty much the only thing that would entice Danielle and I out of the trailer. However Taisley didn't want to go inside pretty much the whole time we were there. She had a blast playing with Weston and Dylan, and she also managed (with some help from Rick) to shoot her first gun. It did scare her at first, but she then was ready to do it again. Grandpa David's wife Kathy killed the first and only deer (out of our family anyway) of the season.
The boys went out again on the last night to try their luck and came back with nothing. Better luck next time. When they got back, Danielle and I took one of the 4 wheelers, and we went for a ride. They told us to only go up the road about a mile, but we then ended up going a little further than planned. Ha oops. When we got back, our family went out and gathered wood cuz all of the other wood was wet and we didn't have enough.
The next morning we managed to wake up and look outside...to it snowing with patches here and there of snow on the ground. The kids has funn playing in it while everyone else got everything together and we were all loaded up. We left the mountain at about 2:45 and got while everyone waited to get all of the stuff (that was all still in David and Kathy's trailer). Mom, Danielle and I all jumped into the shower and got out so refreshed we could barely handle it. So the stuff finally got here, and we got it all out and practically dumped it in the entry way.
We finished off the weekend by taking Danielle home, eating dinner, and saying out goodnight's and going to bed. Even though Danielle and I spent most of the weekend in the trailer, we still had a blast, and can't wait till next time.

Busy, Busy weekend!!!!!!!!

Well I had a busy busy weekend, I was at my dads this weekend. And on Saturday morning, they dropped me off at the new Diamond Talent Dance Studio, and we all practiced for the Huntsman World Senior Games Opening Ceremonies. After that I went back to my dads and got ready for the Lion's Dixie Round-Up Parade.
Which my dance team and I rode our bikes (and for the people who didn't didn't have bikes) rode in the truck, or they walked and yelled our cheer a whole bunch of time. Ha. When we were done in the parade, all of our parents met us at the end point of the parade to congratulate us, or tell us what a good job we did. Then we walked back to where my dad, Kathy, my aunt Jenny, my brother Brexton, and my cousins Gage and Porter were sitting waiting. Then I took some pictures of the bands and stuff, and then at the end of the parade, and we got into the truck and we went and dropped off Jenny, Gage and Porter off at their house so they could go and get ready to come over to our house and hang out. So we dropped them off, and went to my dads house.
When we got there, I went up stairs and changed into some different clothes, and went back downstairs to call my cousin Morgan. So her step dad dropped her off at my dads and we hung out and ate food, and played on the computer and all that funn stuff. Then after while, we were going to go outside when we saw all of the fruit they had set out, so we ate fruit, and right as soon as we were ready to go outside, I grabbed Morgans arm and this is the quote: Kendi: Come on Morgan, lets go outside. Morgan: Hold on, I want a chip, (Pick up a piece of cantaloupe)
Kendi: That doesn't look like a chip. Morgan: (look down at it) it's a fruit chip. hahaha good times. ha ha I luv her. So after a while after riding my brothers and our old neighbors bikes we went inside and ate some more food. And then her step dad came and got her. And they went home. So I went to bed, and the next morning, we woke up and went to Church. I thought the only reason why we were going to church was to watch Brexton be in a primary program, but I guess that's next week. ha ha oh well, I then found out that we went because my dad and Kathy are looking into getting Brexton baptized. So that's good. So he stayed at church for a while after we went home to practice for his program next week. And we went home and I got back into my bed and watched "The Notebook." After that was over, I called my mom and she said that Danielle wanted to come and get me. So I talked to my dad, and I went up and packed all my stuff to go home. After a while Danielle showed up, I said my goodbyes, and Danie and I were on our way home listening to music and me listening to Danielle tell me stories. Then she got hungry so we both pitched in and went and got Arby's. We stayed there for a little while, then went home and watched The Last song. Which I highly recommend to everyone. Then I was eating a piece of popcorn, and almost swallowed it hole, and so I was sitting there trying not to swallow it, and Danielle just sat there. ha ha another good time right there ha ha. Well that's my weekend hope you enjoyed. :)

The Weekend!!!

Well this was a very funn and exciting weekend. David and Jan'L, Kayler, Kole, Kyler, Lily, Tara, Michael, Gramma Doris, David and Jenine (The 2 people who brought Gramma Doris). So everyone came into town (Everyone except Kaytee) Gosh Kaytee ha ha. Just Kidding. So everyone was in town for the sealing of Grandma Doris and Grandpa Dex. David stood in for grandpa Dex, Michael was baptized for him, and Grandma Doris played her part. So they went to the temple at...a very early time. and they did the sealing. When they got home, everyone changed, and we got dinner started. So we got dinner all done, set the table, and stuff like that then we ate dinner. We all ate and sat around talking and eating, and having funn, with the kids and stuff and just being a family. While I was in the bedroom watching the kids try to catch a leprechaun. Oh wow those kids are a handfull. But they are lots of funn. They were in town for 3 days and on sunday Doris, and the Bills came to church with us. They stayed for sacrament, and then they went back to our house, loaded up their stuff and they went home. David, Jan'L and the boys left that morning to get home, and Michael, Tara, and Lily went home around the time that we got home. Maybe a little while after we got home. Well we had lots and lots of funn with them and really enjoyed them all being here.

Gramma's Camp 2010

Hey everyone this is about 2 weeks late, sorry it took me so long. Well I hope that everyone liked the pictures that I finally figured out how to download.
This year at Gramma's camp, we went to East Canyon. When I got to Salt lake I thought that we were going to stay at my cousin's Kena, Ryann and Brenden's house and just stay the night that night, then get up in the morning and head for camp. But plans changed and everyone was already pretty stressed. So I ended up staying and Kena's house for 2 nights, while my little brother stayed with grandma at her house. Get ready for Brexton to play the gramma card this weekend. Ugh. And on Monday, we all got up and waited for my grandma to come and get us. Well she didn't so my aunt Mel, to us in, and when we got to grandma's house, we got all of our stuff out of the back of the truck, and we all walked into the garage, and we opened up the back of the car, and we saw a big wall of stuff, that half of it, we didn't even use. So we unloaded most of the stuff, and made room for all our stuff with room to pack the rest of the stuff, and when we are done, there is no room for anything else thinking that there was nothing else to pack. Well we ride the elevator up the the floor that she lives on, we walk in and see 2 shopping carts that still needed to be loaded into the car, and weren't. So we walked back downstairs, and unloaded the stuff...again. Put the important stuff in first, the loaded all of the bags and stuff. Then we all got in the car and said our goodbye's to aunt Mel, and we were on our way to stay in a trailer. We were all so excited. (Not being sarcastic).
When we got there, we waited for a while to get our trailer, then a guy came up and said that they were bringing it down, So we waited. (by the way we weren't using the name of my gramma, we were using the name of her friend so we could use her trailer). (If that makes any since at all). So we waited for a while again, and the same guy comes up and says: there is something wrong with the hydraulic in it, and there might have been a mouse or something that crawled in and chewed the wires. So we couldn't bring it down. So we all got kind of upset, and while we were waiting, gramma went to the little check in place and she talked to them for a while about how long it would take to get the trailer, and this was before we found out what was wrong with it. She had asked us to unload the car, and get ready to put it all in the trailer when it got there. So when the guy came and told us about it, we had to load everything up AGAIN, and we ended up just using the girl that we were using her trailer, we used some of her condo time. So when we got to our condo, again we unloaded everything, and keep in mind that my little brother didn't help ONCE to help unload or anything like that, because he was using the gramma card, and he didn't have to do anything. So after we got all settled in we played some games, went swimming, and stuff like that and when we were almost done for the day, Brexton started to complain that his tooth hurt, so we got him some medicine, and we put him to bed. Well we have this thing where we do midnight monopoly, we waited up for gramma who was upstairs trying to get Brexton to sleep. So all 5 of us (Ryann, Brenden, Kena, Deven and I) waited up till almost 1 in the morning waiting for gramma to come down and play with us. But she never did, so Kena and I went upstairs to see if she was coming, and the lights were off and the TV was off, so we just waisted all of that time for nothing. But it was funn while it lasted.

The next morning we all woke up, and went downstairs. And when no one was paying attention to Brexton, he would complain that his tooth hurt, which I did find out later wasn't a fake and that it apparently really hurt. But to the 5 of us, it only sounded like it hurt him when we weren't doing anything. But anyway we ate breakfast, and had some funn, went swimming again, and stuff like that.
That night, Deven, Kena and I went down the the river, which we were right by, we went and played in it. Well nobody wanted to go with us, so it was just the 3 of us. So we walked up stream, and we walked and we walked and Deven thought the he could cliff dive off of some of the rocks, so we would say: "okay guys here I go, a whole foot, if I die, I love you guys". So he would jump and then we would start walking again. Pretty soon we got to the bridge, and we walked up the hill. And we found the splash pad that was right next to the pool. We the 3 of us went over the pad, and we ran through it. Man was it cold, but it was oh so funn. Then it started to get dark so we went back to the condo, and we played some games and had our Olympics. Then gramma went and put Brexton to bed, and we waited up again. But she never came again. So we just assumed that we just wore her out. So we all went to bed.

The morning of day 3 we woke up and went and played in the river again, but this time we had Brenden come along with us. So we played in the river for a while, this time we went down stream, and when we got back the boys had to load up all of their stuff and we had to take them back into town.
On the ride down I don't think that I have ever heard anyone cry for so long in my life. Brexton cried the whole way off the mountain and when we got back into town, and when we got back to Brenden and Kena's house. He finally stopped when gramma gave him some medicine and they went back to gramma's house while we waited or Kena's friend Harlee that we were taking back up the the condo with us. So she came and after about 2 and a half hours of waiting gramma finally came back and got us. So we went up only this time with Ryann, Me, Kena, Harlee, Brexton and gramma. So we stayed the night again and the next night and then 2 days later we woke up, and got all of our stuff together, and we cleaned the condo, checked out, loaded everything up,(Which Brexton didn't help again at all). And when I asked him to please help (in the nicest way that I could) He freaked out, and said :I don't have to. So I went out and said: "Gramma, we have loaded and unloaded numerous times and he has not helped ONCE. And this is what she said: "kendi, you just need to get off his case. Did you help with the kitchen this morning. And I said no. She said well just get off his case. So I went back inside, and I was pretty mad. So I just didn't talk for the rest of the way back to Salt lake.

When we got back into town, Kathy and my dad came up and stayed the weekend, so I stayed till Sunday, and we had lots of funn. We went the the Mayan and ate dinner for mine and Deven's 14th birthdays. And the next day, we went to Gateway, and the 5 kids were back together again, (Brenden, Deven, Kena, Ryann and Me). When we were done there, we went back to gramma's house, and we loaded up all of out stuff, said our goodbyes, and we were on our way home.
Hope that you enjoyed.

Girls Camp Part 2 (I told you there would be more to come)

Sorry there isn't any pictures, I will get thoses posted ASAP. Enjoy.
Well here I am again back from girls camp and from Gramma's Camp.Sorry it's a little late. So here is the story of Girls Camp only. (I will post Gramma's Camp Later when I get it finished).
So this is how my Girls Camp Journey Began...Enjoy
Day 1: The morning of Girls camp i woke up, got the rest of my stuff together, & called my mom to say bye.
Aspen came and got me from my house and we both met Lizzy over at Sister O's house. We said the prayer, got into our groups and into all of the cars that we were taking and we were on our way to Little Thunder Mountain (Right up above Beaver).
When we got their we got signed in, assigned to our our bunk houses. And unloaded all of our stuff out of the cars. (I'm pretty sure that I had the heaviest bag of them all). So the bunk houses that we were assigned to had bunks that were held to the wall by chains that were 3 beds tall (If that makes sense). So we all set up camp, we ate our lunches, played some getting to know you games with the members in our camps, we did lots of crafts, then we did a ward preparation for the fireside. At the fireside everyone presented there polls that represented what there's was for and they did their dances.

1st ward designed their poll how they had lots of courage they also had a girl with a cape and they said they had the courage to fly and choose the right and to stay on the right path. Then they did their dance to a song called reach for the stars.
2Nd ward designed their poll looking like a big umbrella to show all of their courage and by dressing up like hero's holding up signs with positive and courageous thoughts. And then they did their dance to the superman theme song. And so on...
After the fireside everyone had went down to the pavilion and we all had dinner. When dinner was over. We all went to bed.

Day 2: The next day we all woke up, and ate breakfast with our tribes. After breakfast we cleaned up got dressed and walked down to the amphitheatre and we had our morning devotional. We rose the flag and said the morning prayer and so on.
After the devotion we had lunch at the pavilion. We all sat around talking and eating and meeting our friends that we haven't seen since school got out. After lunch we had what we called tribe time, where we got to pass stuff off to get our certification passed off. Liz, Aspen and I went for walks down in the forest every day we were there. We had our own special place. It was a place with a big log that we climbed on and it was mountaid in between 2 trees so it was diagonal. So we would walk up I stand take Lot's of pictures. As you can see. After tribe time we did some crafts down at the pavilion, and after that we had dinner and when dinner was all said and done, we walked back to the amphitheatre for our last devotional of the day. So we had our devotional and we took the flag down said the goodnight prayer, and we all went to bed.

Day 3: The next morning Aspen and my other friend Summer came in and said a girl named Maggie in their bunk house fell out of her second bunk the night before and cut her eye on the edge of the ladder. But we did find out that all she said was "ow" and go back up and back into her bed. She did end up going to the nurse, and when someone asked about how she was and how her eye was, all she said was "the one thing I hate about being sick" and she would just walk away. Last time I ever ask her about how she is feeling. So we went and had breakfast in our tribes, and then walked down to the amphitheatre for our morning devotional, after that we all had to get into the groups that we were assigned when we got signed in. I was Women of Moses. And we all had to walk around the forest and listen to the people of prophets and kings. They were all very interesting, and it was a great experience.
After the women talked, we walked to the grove and we had big groups of playing with hula-hoops where we all had to hold hands and get the hoop around the circle some how without letting go of your partner. The next one we had to go through was the toxic waste land where we had to use the materials that the leaders had given us and we all had to walk across the "toxic waste" (it was actually a huge pile of wood). Then one of leaders said Acid rain storm, anyone who isn't wearing glasses, contacts, hats, etc. is now blind. I was wearing Lizzy's sun glasses so it was my fault that Lizzy went blind. Poor Lizzy. So we made it across the waste land and we walked to the "Web" that was held to trees with bungee cords. And the point of that game was you had to get through the wholes in the web by jumping through them, but you couldn't touch the ground behind the stick they had placed there. I got through the smallest one. And everyone else made it through the rest to. The next one where we had to go was the see-saw, where 2 groups of the same amount had to stand on both sides of the see-saw and had to balance it out. And the point to that one, was it was to help us see that the see-saw was our life and we were balancing it out together. So we went to the last one and we all had to stand in a line on a board and we had to get the 2 end people to the opposite ends that they were standing on. And thanks to mostly Lizzy, we got through it. If Liz hadn't been there I don't think we would have been done in time for Lunch. So we wen to the pavilion and ate lunch. After lunch we went to our tribes for tribe time, and we all passed off everything that we needed, and we handed them in.

When we were done with that we went back down the the pavilion and we wrote letters to the patients in hospitals, and then we had our last evening devotional and we went to our new assigned camps for the last couple of hours that we had of that day, and we ate dinner in out wards. And thanks to our bishop that came up, he brought us Cafe Rio. The best food that we had in days. After dinner, we all snuggled around the fire, and we had testimony meeting. (My favorite part of Girls Camp). After testimony meeting, we all walked back to our bunks and went to bed.

Day 4: The next day, we all woke up got dressed ate breakfast and we all hurried back into our bunks. I think that we got all of our stuff packed up in less than half an hour. Then we had to get everything into the cars, and had to clean up the bunk houses. After that was all said and done, we went down the the amphitheatre and had out last devotional. I helped take the flag down and fold it up. Then we had our last prayer and got into the cars and went home.
When we got back to the church, I ran up to a tree, and i hugged it, and said,"I have never been so happy to see this tree in my entire life". And then we got every one's stuff that we were taking home and we all went home.
End of Girls camp 2010

California Trip!!! :)

Day 1: we all woke up pretty early to finish packing up all of the stuff that was still needed but wasn't packed yet. So we got all that done, said our goodbyes, and we were on our way to a very long but exciting and funn trip.

We arrived in Corona California at about noon that day, expecting to get all of our stuff unloaded and getting back into the car and driving to the cemetery to visit grandpa Dexter's grave. When we got there we never did end up going to the cemetery because grandma Doris wasn't dressed yet, and she didn't want to go because she was afraid that it would be to crowded, because as you all know the day that we got there it was Monday (A.K.A. Memorial Day) and she thought that there would be a thousand people there.
So Grandma Linda, Taisley and I all walked down to rite aid. (2 Blocks) And about 2 minutes into the walk after passing only 1 street, it was me who started complain "Oh grandma it's so hott, when are we gonna get there? are we there yet? Does this count as a block?" But we had funn anyway, we got some ice cream when we got there and we got some flip flops. Then we walked back. We finished off the day by watching a couple of hours of Doris's old time square dancing video's.
Day 2: We woke up early again to eating breakfast and getting ready to go to DUN DUN DUN DUUUUUUUUUUUUUUN........................DISNEY LAND. So we all hopped into the car everyone except grandma Doris and we drove to Disney land. So we traveled the 1/2 drive to Disney landed when we got there we paid, parked, and walked to where they dropped us off with the bus. Yes it was a very long and eventful day, but we rode all of the rides that we cirlced on the map with the acception of riding some other rides of every one's choices but we never did. So we got a couple of souvenirs and we headed for grandma Dori's house. When we got there, we found out that "we didn't tell grandma Doris that we were going to Disney land" and apparently she called one of her girlfriends, and she told her that we might have gotten into a car accident and gotten killed. So that didn't make her feel any better. But she was OK after that. and that's how we finished off day 2.
Day 3:We woke up again and we loaded up all of our stuff and grandma told us that we had a mystery trip. So she took us to Salvang and we went for a walk around the cute little town and grandma and grandpa took us to a little restaurant and i am sure that everyone knows what restaurant it is (Split Pea Soup) So we ate there. And we went back to salvang, and we stayed at the Holiday Inn, and the next morning we got up and we ate breakfast, and we headed for Sonoma California for Tylre's Graduation. We stopped at San Simeon to go to Heast Castle for a tour and just let me tell you it was amazing. We took lots of pics as you can see. When we arrived in Sonoma we took a tour of Kris's house, snd for the next day we got ready for Tylre's graduation and the 4th day we were still getting ready and we were running around and getting dressed for the graduation and making food for that party the next day that was going to be held at Kris's friends house and we were all going swimming and we were going to have lots of funn. So that night we went to the graduation and it was so funn. And we finished off day 4 by coming home and going to bed.
On Day 5 we all got up and we finished making all the food we went over the Kris's friend Carry's house and we swam for a while then at about 5 we cut the cake and Granpa, Grandma, Taisley and I all said goodbye to every one and we left for Frezno to go and visit the Sappington family and spend some time with them. We arrived in Frezno at about 9:30 p.m. and we stayed the night at aunt Charlene's and the next morning we woke up to a big breakfast and we waited for about an hour or 2 then we all got into the car and we drove the 15 minutes to Cousin Tiffany's house and we spen a few hours over at her house with the cousins laughing and playing the Wii, and running around the house while the grown up's all sat around talking and laughing. So when we said goodbye there we went back to aunt Charlene's house and we spent the night there again. When the next morning came we loaded up all of our stuff, said goodbye to aunt Charlene, and we were on our way home to St. George Utah.
You know I don't think that I have ever been so happy to see St. George in my life. And when we passed the "wellcome to Bloomington" sign every one pretended to cry, because we were all so happy to be home. But on the bright side we had a blast and I hope to do it again soon...Maybe.

SURPRISE

It was my mom, me and my grandpa. I was in the office, working on my homework, while grandma and Taisley and her friends were on a walk, the doorbell rang 3 times. I figured that it was Taisley, but when I opened the door, i had to look down to find Kaytee and Adyn standing on the doorstep. My mouth dropped open, and Adyn ran straight into my arms. I hugged them and my mom came out of her room, and just like mine, her mouth dropped open. My mom ran straight into the office and told grandpa that we had company. Kaytee and Adyn hid, and grandpa came out and went around the corner, and was very surprised to find them standing there, both with big grins on their faces. So Adyn and I went outside and we played on the swingset, then mom called grandma and Taisley and told them that we had a surprise for them.
So they jumped into the car, and drove home. We had to make sure that Adyn was quiet while we all waited impatiently for grandma to come and greet them. But little Adyn wouldn't stay quiet for more that 5 minutes. Then when grandma caem in, she saw her and Adyn started to scream. She was so excited.
Taisley was excited to. So we were outside for what was left of the night. And I then got the idea to grab Adyn by her arms and spin her around, and when I put her down, I told her to find her mama, poor little thing couldn't even walk straigh. Haha I know I sound really mean but it sure got a good laugh out of everyone including me and Adyn both. We had such a good time. Love you guys!!! <3

Getting Up-To-Date

Hey everyone, sorry its been so long. Things and this year and a lot of things in life are going by way to fast. But at the same time things are going really good. I am still dancing, and lots of things have changed, such as........... My nephew is 8 months old and will be 9 months on the 24th. Ally, Josh and Daxton have moved out of Mike's and into their own appartment. It's so cute. Daxton is growing up to be so big and like always is still so cute.

I am doing good in school. Still at Dixie, and next year I will be attending Desert Hills Middle School. I can't wait. I am so glad that the olympics are finally over. And as the weeks have gone by I have found out that my brother Deven's dad is trying to sponcer my brother. He has sent videos of him snowboarding. And I am happy to say that one day my brother has a very big chance of becomeing a pro snowboarder. So now my brothers and I all have our professional lives planned out. Deven will be a professional snowboarded, I am going to be a professional photographer and I guess that my little brother will be a professional.......................COWBOY. Cuz thats what he wants to be apparently. But, as of how young he is and how imagintive he is, in a few days he will want to be something else.

Well thats all for my update.
